provides strong security and encryption, allowing you
to take full advantage of the cost economies and
global nature of the Internet, versus dedicated data
network platforms such as Frame Relay or ATM. Linking
multiple offices and remote workers, this service runs
over the Ranks – ITT’s existing Internet connections.
Our
Managed VPN service uses IPSec technology for strong
encryption and privacy guarantees. For an additional
layer of security, an optional managed firewall that
protects branch offices may be activated. This fully
managed firewall reduces capital costs by having both
a VPN and firewall in a single device.
